We love our country, and we strive to do what we can to positively contribute to the service sector. We are driven by the need, both ethically and morally, to contribute to a meaningful, structural change within our industry.
Our approach is based on the key elements of the B-BBEE scorecard, and 26% of the company is owned by the Kallvest Empowerment Trust. The beneficiaries of the trust are all valued Kallvest PDI stakeholders. Our updated B-BBEE details are included with the enclosed documents.
Through the Kallvest Training Academy, of which 51% is owned by PDI beneficiaries, we continuously train our loyal staff members in order to provide them with personal and career growth opportunities.
MEANINGFUL INVESTMENTS BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY
We believe that all young people deserve a chance to build a career, irrespective of background or access to education. Based on this belief we’ve created an initiative that, at no cost to them, trains selected unemployed youths as security guards. Once training has been completed, we then employ them across various Kallvest sites.
Our Corporate Social Investment initiatives are also targeted to assist non-profit organisations that are focused on youth development.
